I am attending this course in order to aid my exploration, research and development for EXD300.     Theme?  Topic VS Theme Topic - subject matter (exists more in writing). Theme - an underlying message or idea that the author is trying to convey throughout the entire story.  In simpler terms, a topic is what the story is about , while a theme is what the story is trying to say about the topic.  Developing a Theme Determine the main message you want to convey or the central idea you want to explore. Final Project Animation - Week 4: Storylines

EXD300 Storylines   Week 4     In the fourth class of the second semester Final Project course, we reviewed our progress on the Written Proposal and any development work done so far. During the week before class, I brainstormed the storylines for my animated demos and final film.      "Teddy" Character puppet rig     ➢    use original design for Toon Boom puppet & redesign / stylize for analogue .     Separate Character Animation Demos: Toon Boom Puppet - spin, smile and wave, walk to flower, kneel and smell. Analogue Puppet - (spin?), smile and wave, run after butterfly, trip. Combined Puppet Film - Cut to wide view of both Teddys where they notice each other, get up, and run towards each other. They clasp hands and camera rotates 180°.
